Meeting and Presentation room

It is a suitable area of 40 m2 for Enterprise Meetings for the installed companies with free use one time per month under appointment. The installed infrastructure provides:

• Meeting up to 16 persons
• Use of Office places and auxiliary furniture for material preparation
• Use of audiovisual means for presentations

There is possibility of pricing frequent use.

 

Seminar and conference room

There is a modern functional Congress area of 120 m2 of basic use and 150 m2 of supporting operations. It is also used for Meetings organization, Presentations, and Congresses etc. For the operation of this area, there are offered:

• Room with 100 places of spectators with proportion and pedestal / chairs of 10 rapporteurs
• Facilities of modern audiovisual means
• Area 150 m2, Reception area, Suspension of projection of exhibition material

The use of Congress area is free for the installed enterprises for 2 events per year. The possibility for additional use is also offered, according to the existing charges.
