The Park’s building is used for the accommodation of the Incubator and other services. It has a total space 3.800 m2.

It is distributed in three categories:

•    Main Areas which include Administration Offices, Services and Account Offices, photocopy centre, foyer, Restaurant, Meeting Room, Presentation Room and Conference Hall, Data and telecommunication network Room. 

•    Business Settling Areas – Hives (1480 m2) with the following area division:

o    One Hive of 120 m2
o    Two Hives of 100 m2 each, total area 200 m2
o    Two Hives of 70 m2 each, total area 140 m2
o    16 Hives of 50 m2 each, total area 800 m2
o    One Hive of 40 m2
o    One Warehouse of 50 m2
o    13 Warehouses of 10 m2 each, total area 130 m2

Storage/Special Areas (820 m2), which include common use spaces (lifts, staircases, corridors, WC), Warehouses, Repair Office, Electrical-mechanical and air-condition installations areas and other (pump-house, fire-brigade system, production of vacuum, azote centre, etc.).
